its Tallahassee and Orlando offices. Because of the rapid
call setup time of digital service, Avalanche can support
its new fax servers with a greater than 400% efficiency than

Access
Health Solutions Selects MyTel Communications
For

In the wake of recent hurricane
disasters, Access Health Solutions (formerly PhyTrust of
Florida, L.L.C.) has selected MyTel to add redundant digital
services for natural disaster preparedness. If power failure
occurs, the 800 numbers will be re-routed to Access's data
center in Tallahassee, where the calls will be routed via
VOIP back to Sunrise, Florida, and outlying centers.
Access had previously selected Mytel Communications for it's
state-wide toll free service and local PRI circuits for
their new call center, which services over 38,000 medical
service providers and patients in Florida.
With offices in South Florida, Tampa and Tallahassee, Access
has managed physician networks since 1997, and now supports
the largest network of minority physicians in the state.
