Featured Soda--Nice Deep Cobalt Pontiled Unlisted Soda

All I could say was "WOW" when this ebay item was brought to my attention by Andrew Brinker. It had a $1500 "Buy It Now" that only lasted a few hours, and rightly so, as it is much rarer than the quart sided root beer produced by the same Proprietor. Reportedly dug alongside an identical example and an open pontiled J. W. Garrison (Louisville) Mineral, this Nash reads: "H. NASH & CO (^) / CINCINNATI -- S. P. / THIS BOTTLE / TO BE RETURNED". UPDATE: We were stumped on the "S.P." but just got word from a fellow collector that it could stand for "SELLERS PROPERTY" another way of abbreviating or preceding "This Bottle Never Sold". That might be of interest to the owner of the SECOND of the pair of these, which was offered a few months later. I had thought the digger would keep 1 and sell 1, but I saw the 2nd one an hour after it posted, tipped a friend off, and it was zapped with another BUY IT NOW. I have since held this bottle and it is AWESOME !!!!!!!!!
