Opinions and Commentary--HSBC Finance Corporation ongoing BBB dialogue

No resolution was offered by HSBC. A balance sheet was provided showing that insurance premiums were placed and then refunded in full. There is no mention of escrow in this balance sheet whatsoever. This documentation merely supports my statement that there is no escrow, and no escrow shortage. I do not want HSBC to respond to me with irrelevant data that accomplishes nothing. I want them to respond to the BBB and me that they either believe there is an escrow shortage in this account or not. If so, they need to actually explain why--if not, they need to explain why the lender they sold the note to claims there is. HSBC fraud is all over the web. Why is this allowed to continue.
