Announcements--HSBC Insurance Fraud Continues

This company never refunded the late fees as requested, and furthermore, upon transferring the note to Avelo Mortgage made an unauthorized, and unspecified Escrow payment of $606.78. HSBC is not authorized to arbitrarily establish an escrow account and make payments of any kind. I have paid my insurance and taxes in full, and am not resposible for clerical errors or creative bookeeping to cover embezzlement. I just spent 45 minutes on hold with Avelo, who attempted to conference in HSBC, and they could not reach a live person. I have advised Avelo that I consider this to be embezzlement on the part of HSBC and that I will not pay this amount. Neither will I be further inconvenienced by HSBC. They need to correct their error with Avelo and allow me to pay my mortage every month on time like I have for the last 20 years--only without the continuing harrassment, thievery, usury and aggravation that I have endured ever since HSBC acquired my mortgage.
