Announcements--HSBC Finance Corporation Class Action Lawsuit

The business responded in same fashion as before, denying 2 of 3 requests in writing, but did forward me some info. regarding the loan as requested. I am very dissatisfied with this response, however. I do not dispute the fact that they received their payment late, only HSBC's willingness to resolve the matter early, reasonably. Again, I asked HSBC to contact my bank prior to the payment being late to resolve the matter at that time. I do not think that it is reasonable for me to write another mortgage check for the same month, with one check unaccounted for by the bank. Nor do I think it reasonable to ask me to charge a mortgage payment (plus their fees to do it that way). HSBC should have resolved the matter electronically when I offered. My bank was ready, willing and able. They refused to call. I still think my requests are reasonable. Nothing has changed.
