Opinions and Commentary--HSBC Insurance Fraud Continues

Here is the text of my complaint to the Florida insurance commission. **** I am trying to report insurance fraud for unauthorized insurance premiums placed by the lender, HSBC. HSBC harasses lenders on a quarterly basis, requiring proof of insurance for premiums paid by the lender (me) annually. Both me and my insurance company send the proof but they refuse to acknowledge it. They send letters saying that THEY ARE APPLYING INSURANCE THAT IS 5 TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WHAT HAS BEEN PAID. When you report this to the BBB, they sell the note and slip one last premium into an escrow account (which is fraudulently established to collect the fraudulent premium) and let the new lender try to collect it back from me. So there are several crimes being committed here. Unauthorized establishment of escrow for the purpose of collecting fraudulent insurance premiums, insurance fraud, and account theft. As I have spent months with this between the BBB and HSBC, I want to be sure I am covering all the aspects of this ongoing HSBC scam which is all over the web, just look at the complaints.
